Our idea of wellness is a little different. Instead of a glossy wellness temple, we offer an adventure garden. Instead of a sky pool, you’ll find a small and exquisite private spa – with a cozy relaxation room and a staircase leading straight up to the flat roof.
Here, you can sweat it out in the Finnish panorama sauna or refresh yourself with a round of cryotherapy in the ice bath – simply celebrating togetherness and the mountain views, undisturbed.

In Finland, a sauna session is a true celebration: the whole family gathers to sweat together, followed by a refreshing plunge into a cool lake. This ritual of heat and cold cleanses body, mind, and soul. At our farm, the sauna is also a family affair.
Here, you can enjoy an exclusive Finnish panorama sauna with a sheltered relaxation lounge, a hot tub for soaking, and a cool tub for cryotherapy. Each family decides for themselves – whether the kids come along to splash or read, or whether the adults enjoy a few quiet hours just for themselves.

We’ve got the perfect masseuse for you – one who’s available 24/7, doesn’t require you to undress, and lets you set the intensity yourself: our contactless hydrojet massage bed.
For pure relaxation of body, mind, and soul. You lie fully clothed on a comfortably warm waterbed while targeted water jets massage you according to the program you choose. You decide the area, the rhythm, and the pressure – your personal spa moment, whenever you need it.
Bathing fun in every season
Swimming is never far away at O’Mama. Just a 5-minute stroll brings you to Rio di Pusteria/Mühlbach’s charming outdoor pool, where you enjoy reduced admission in summer.
A 10-minute bus ride takes you to Acquarena, open year-round, with indoor and outdoor pools, slides, waterfalls, and a whirlpool. And in only 15 minutes by car, you’ll find Issinger Weiher – a stunning natural swimming pond.
Farm life is in the air – experience it with all your senses
Here, the scent of hay mingles with the warmth of the stables. You breathe deeply and feel the wholesome air that’s said to ease allergies and asthma. Children plunge into mud and mess with delight.
Earthing, grounding, and the gentle presence of our animals are part of everyday life at O’Mama – nature’s therapy, just as it should be.
