Good to know
Our prices are per person, per night. The following discounts apply to children:

Children up to 2.99 years: free of charge

Children aged 3 to 13.99: 30% discount

Children aged 14 to 16.99: 60% discount
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €2.10 per person, per night (aged 14 and over) is payable.
CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, you may stay in your room until 10:30 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your last day a little longer, just let us know – we’ll do our best to make it possible.
PARKING / GARAGE / ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION
If you arrive by car, you can park directly at our property free of charge. There is also a dedicated e-charging station for electric vehicles in the courtyard, with additional charging stations available nearby.
BREAKFAST, HONESTY BAR & SOUL KITCHEN
At O’Mama, breakfast with farm-fresh and regional products is included. In our Honesty Bar, you’ll find selected drinks, South Tyrolean wines, snacks, and fruit (for a fee) available 24/7. Still, revitalized Grander water and sparkling water are always included. Coffee, cocoa, and tea are also available until 5:00 p.m.
In our Mini Soul Kitchen, you can prepare baby food and simple cold dishes. A microwave, sink, and large refrigerator are available for your use.

Right next to O’Mama, you’ll find a restaurant serving pizza, pasta, salads, and more to take away – just a two-minute walk away. Perfect for a quick bite and a carefree vacation. Nearby, you’ll also find:

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT METHODS
Your booking is confirmed once you receive our booking confirmation via email and the deposit has been paid. The amount and bank details will be provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid on site in cash (up to €1,999.99), by debit card, or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, we will issue you a voucher for the amount of your deposit, valid for one year. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained. Of course, we will always take special circumstances into account.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Because unforeseen events can always happen, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This will cover any costs in the event of cancellation.
SOUTH TYROL GUEST PASS
Upon arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, valid for the entire duration of your stay. With this pass, you can use (almost) all public transportation throughout South Tyrol – including buses, trains, and selected cable cars – free of charge. Here you can find all services included with the mobility card.
GYM / FITNESS & BIKE RENTAL
Our exclusive private gym is right here in the house – your living room for training sessions. Open 24/7, it combines classic fitness equipment with functional CrossFit gear. Personal coaching is also available on request for an additional fee.
Just a two-minute walk from O’Mama family time, you’ll find an e-bike rental at the train station – with special conditions arranged for our guests.
PETS
Our farm is already home to many animals. Out of respect for them, we cannot accommodate “outside” pets, as this would cause too much unrest in our little cosmos. We kindly ask for your understanding.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are almost energy self-sufficient. We use rainwater, photovoltaics, and solar collectors; we heat with wood from our own forest; and our air-conditioning units are water-based, without environmentally harmful greenhouse gases.
On our farm, both people and animals drink revitalized Grander water. We work exclusively with local suppliers – from the village butcher to the dairy that processes our milk, from the beverage store to fruit and vegetable farmers – and with trusted local craftsmen.

Feel at home and enjoy your vacation free from fixed meal times. At O’Mama, the motto is TOGETHER. We’ve created a place where everyone gathers – to cook, to eat, and to linger comfortably in the spacious communal living and dining room. And the best part: we’ll take care of the dishes.
After dinner, children can play in the forest room next door, always within sight through the large windows. These are the moments that make the living room special – moments of sharing, laughter, and togetherness.
